Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg blueberries
  • 500 g gelatin sugar (2:1)
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 1 untreated lemon (juice)
  • 40 ml cassis

    Wash the blueberries, rinse them, and pat dry. Let them steep with the sugar, split vanilla bean, and lemon juice for about 2 hours. Then bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for about 4 minutes until sparkling. Remove the vanilla bean, add the liqueur, and perform a gelling test.

    Fill hot-washed jars, seal tightly, and let cool.
