Ingredients

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 muffin tin (12 cavities)
  • baking paper

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the muffin tin cavities with baking paper.

    Wash, rinse and pat dry the blueberries.

    Mix the flour and baking powder. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly so it remains liquid. Beat together the egg, honey, yogurt and sour cream, then stir in the melted butter. Fold in the dry mixture and gently fold in the blueberries until all ingredients are well combined. Fill the cavities with batter. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let rest in the tin for 5 minutes, then lift out and cool.
