Ingredients
- 120 g soft butter
- 120 g fruit sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 2.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 300 g sour cream
- 200 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp flour
- Muffin tin (paper cups or muffin tin)
- butter for the molds
Instructions

Wash blueberries, dry thoroughly and toss with 2 tbsp flour.

Cream butter with fruit sugar, fold in egg, then stir in flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sour cream until just combined; fold in floured blueberries.

Grease paper cups or muffin tin, fill with batter, bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, remove and cool.
