Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 8 tbsp vegetable oil
- 300 g sour cream
- 1 muffin tin (12 cups)
- butter (for the tin)
- almond flakes
Instructions

Sift flour, ground almonds, baking powder and baking soda together in a bowl.

In another bowl lightly whisk the eggs. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and sour cream, then mix well. Fold in the dry mixture until just combined and the dry ingredients are moist.

Grease the muffin tin cavities with butter.

Pour batter into the tin cavities. Then place 3 almond flakes on each muffin and press gently down. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes. Remove, let cool in the tin for a few minutes, then release from the tin and allow to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
