Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 250 g blueberries

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Place 12 paper cups into a muffin tin.

    Mix the flour and baking powder. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly so it remains liquid. Beat together the egg, honey, yogurt, and sour cream, then stir in the melted butter. Fold in the dry ingredients and gently fold in the blueberries until well combined. Spoon the batter into the cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 25‑30 minutes until golden brown. Remove, let rest in the tin for 5 minutes, then lift out and cool.
