Ingredients
- 100 g almond sticks
- 1 EL sugar
- 150 g cornflakes
- 400 g dark couverture chocolate
- 1 EL palm oil
Instructions

Roast almond sticks in a dry pan without fat until golden yellow. Remove the pan from heat, stir in sugar until dissolved. Mix almonds with cornflakes in a bowl.

Melt chopped couverture chocolate over a hot water bath while stirring, adding palm oil. Add the almond mixture and mix well.

Spread a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray and place small mounds onto it.

Alternatively, put the mounds into paper molds and let them set.
