Ingredients
- 500 g red currants
- 50 g sugar
- 400 g pectin (1:1)
- 300 g blueberries

Wash the currants, strip them from the stems with a fork and bring to a boil with 50 g sugar and 100 ml water while stirring. Pour the fruit and juice into a sieve lined with a cloth and let it drain well in a pot. Squeeze the fruit. Measure the juice and add an equal amount of pectin to a pot.

Wash the blueberries, rinse them well and let them drain. Boil the juice mixture while stirring for 4 minutes until sparkling. Add the blueberries and fill into small bowls. Sprinkle with a little sugar (to prevent skin formation) and keep warm.
