- 200 g Flour
- 50 g cornstarch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g cane sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 80 g melted butter
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 250 g sour cream
- 150 g dried cranberries

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-forced. Line a muffin tin with paper cups.

Combine the flour and cornstarch in a bowl and mix in the baking powder. Beat the eggs in another bowl, then add the sugar, salt, butter, and vanilla sugar. Mix well, add the sour cream, and fold in the dry mixture. Finally stir in the cranberries. Fill the muffin cups with batter and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven, release from the tin, and let cool.
