Ingredients
- 800 g red blackthorn berries
- 200 ml red grape juice
- 1 kg gelatine sugar (1:1)

Wash the blackthorn berries and combine them with the juice and sugar in a large pot; mash with a potato masher.

Cook over high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Perform a setting test, then fill clean, hot-washed jars to the brim. Seal well and leave upside down for about 10 minutes.
