- 700 g apricots
- 400 g gooseberries
- 1 kg gelatin sugar
- 1 packet citric acid (powder)
- 8 star anise
- 2 Cinnamon sticks

Heat the apricots briefly, cool them in cold water, peel, pit, and finely chop the flesh. Wash the gooseberries, pat dry, and mix both fruit varieties with gelatin sugar. Refrigerate overnight.

Add the fruit mixture to a pot along with citric acid powder, star anise, and cinnamon; simmer for 3 minutes. Remove the cinnamon sticks, pour the jam into prepared jars, and seal with screw caps.
