Ingredients
- 150 g cream cheese
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 Shallot
- 1 handful dill
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 sesame bagels
- 120 g smoked salmon (slices)
- dill sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Stir the cream cheese with lemon juice and zest. Dice the shallot finely. Rinse and dry the dill, then mix it into the cream cheese along with salt and pepper.

Slice the bagels in half and toast briefly if desired. Spread the herb cream cheese on each half and top with smoked salmon slices. Garnish with dill sprigs before serving.
