The Berry Smoothie with yogurt from Spoonsparrow – a refreshing snack or breakfast treat!

Ingredients

  • 200 g strawberries
  • 200 g blackcurrants
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp honey (more or less to taste)
  • 1 splash Lemon juice

Instructions

    Wash and clean the berries; cut the strawberries into pieces.

    Add all berries with yogurt, milk, honey, and lemon juice to a blender and blend until smooth.

    Serve in ice‑cold glasses.
