Ingredients

  • 400 g red berries (e.g., raspberries, red currants, strawberries)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
  • 60 g powdered sugar
  • 150 ml whipping cream

Instructions

    Wash, rinse, clean the berries and cut them small depending on variety. In a bowl, mash with lemon juice using a fork. Mix the cream cheese with yogurt, powdered sugar, and berry puree. Whip the cream stiff and fold into the mixture. Fill the molds. Freeze in the freezer compartment for about 2 hours. Insert one wooden stick into each mold’s center and let freeze completely for another ~3 hours.
