Ingredients
- 1 pack of Wan-Tan dough sheets (9x9 cm, Asian store, frozen)
- 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 3 tsp grated lime zest
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 Egg white
- 1 l oil (for frying)
- 150 ml plum sauce (glass jar, Asian store)
Instructions

1.
Let the Wan Tan dough sheets thaw.
-
2.
Peel the bananas, cut into about 1.5 cm wide pieces and mix with ginger and lime zest.
