Berry Ice Cream with Cream

Berry ice cream with cream by Spoonsparrow: Ice-cold fruit enjoyment for young and old.

Ingredients

  • 300 g frozen mixed berries
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp orange zest (unprocessed)
  • 250 ml Whipping Cream
  • mint for garnish

Instructions

    Add the berries to a blender. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, orange juice and zest, then blend until a creamy mixture forms after a few minutes.

    Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cold berry purée. Scoop with an ice cream scoop and serve garnished with mint.
