  • 350 g blackberries
  • 200 g candied sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 0.7 l rum (54 Vol %)

Instructions

    Wash, dry, and place the berries with the candied sugar and cinnamon in a large vessel.

    Add the rum, seal tightly, and let steep for about 5 weeks in a dark, cool place, shaking occasionally.

    Afterward strain through a fine cloth-lined sieve into a prepared bottle and seal again to rest for another week.
