Ingredients

  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1 small red chili pepper
  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 40 ml coffee liqueur

Instructions

    Halve the pomegranate and carefully remove the seeds. Slice the chili (wear gloves if desired) lengthwise, scrape out the seeds and finely chop the flesh. Melt the chocolate over a hot, non-boiling water bath. Stir in the chili and about half of the pomegranate seeds. Add the liqueur.

    Fill four elegant shot glasses with the mixture and sprinkle the remaining pomegranate seeds on top. Serve as dessert.
