Ingredients

  • 200 g yogurt (cherry)
  • 200 g mixed berries
  • 100 g whipping cream
  • powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 150 ml natural yogurt
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 4 stems red currants
  • 4 strawberries (halved)
  • 8 black currants

Instructions

  1. 1.

For the ice cream, roughly puree the berries and stir into the yogurt. Sweeten with powdered sugar to taste. Whip the cream stiffly and fold in. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze until creamy. If you don’t have a machine, place the mix in a bowl and chill deeply. Once it starts to set, vigorously stir with a fork to break up ice crystals; repeat several times until the desired consistency is reached.

  2. 2.

For the sauce, whisk yogurt with milk, lime juice, and powdered sugar. Whisk with a hand mixer until frothy.

  3. 3.

To serve, spoon some sauce onto four plates, scoop four nibbles of ice cream and place on the sauce. Attach one currant stem as a tail, two black currants as eyes, and two strawberries as ears to each dollop. Serve immediately.
