- 2 larger pears
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 100 g sheep cheese
- 100 g Soft Butter
- 8 basil leaves
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp oatmeal flakes

Peel the pears, submerge them in enough lemon water to cover and simmer for 1 minute. Crumble the sheep cheese and whisk it with the butter until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and finely chopped basil leaves.

Drain the pears and slice them into finger-thick rounds. Brush each slice with the cheese-butter mixture and stack them. Sprinkle toasted oatmeal flakes on top.
