- 200 g strawberries
- 200 g Raspberries
- 200 g blackberries
- 4 sprigs Mint
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 700 ml dry sparkling wine (well chilled)
- 4 scoops ice cream (e.g., raspberry yogurt ice cream)

Clean, wash and pat the berries dry with paper towels. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Wash the mint, shake it dry and set aside a few leaves for garnish; cut the rest into strips.

Combine the berries with the sliced mint, lemon juice, and powdered sugar, and let sit for about 1 hour. Then divide into glasses, top with sparkling wine, crown each with a scoop of ice cream, and garnish with remaining mint.
