Ingredients

  • 12 green grapes
  • 16 blue grapes
  • 600 ml tonic water
  • 100 ml banana liqueur
  • 4 tbsp Lemon juice
  • thin pear slice (for garnish)
  • 1 Egg white

Instructions

    Mix tonic water and banana liqueur, then stir in the lemon juice and egg white. Pour the mixture into a shallow metal bowl and chill deeply for 3–4 hours, stirring every 20–30 minutes with a fork or mixer to prevent large crystals from forming.

    Wash and drain the grapes. Halve the blue grapes, remove seeds, and distribute them among four cocktail glasses. Spoon some banana sorbet onto each glass. Garnish by inserting two pear slices into the sorbet and topping with three grapes each. Serve immediately.
