Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 g honey
  • 20 ml rum (60%)
  • 1 orange (juiced)
  • 0.5 lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • herbs (for garnish)

    Peel the bananas and cut them lengthwise in half.

    Heat butter in a pan and quickly sear both sides of the banana halves, drizzle with honey and lightly caramelize. Deglaze with rum and flambé. Add the orange and lemon juice and let it reduce slightly.
