- 60 g pine nuts
- 100 g bear garlic
- 150 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper

Roast the pine nuts without fat in a pan until golden brown, then let them cool. Wash the bear garlic, shake off excess water, pluck it from the stems and roughly chop.

Blend the chopped bear garlic with the roasted pine nuts and gradually add olive oil until the pesto reaches a creamy consistency. Stir in Parmesan, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, and pour into a prepared glass.
