Coconut Curry Sauce by Spoonsparrow: The exotic flavors delight the palate
Ingredients
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- 2 tbsp Curry Powder
- 1 red chili pepper
- 50 g Heavy cream
- 400 g coconut milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the shallot and garlic. Add oil to a pan and sauté the shallot and garlic over medium heat. Sprinkle curry powder on top.

Wash the chili pepper, slice into thin rings, and stir in. Pour in the cream and coconut milk, season with salt and pepper. Finish the curry-coconut sauce with lemon juice.
