Ingredients
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 onion
- 3 Tbsp plant oil
- 400 g chorizo
- 4 pretzel rolls
- 4 tbsp sandwich cream (or mayonnaise)

Rinse, wash, and dry the arugula. Peel the onions and slice into thin rings. In a pan, brown the onions in 1 tbsp hot oil, flip, and brown on the other side. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Slice the chorizo diagonally and cook in the remaining oil in the onion pan until browned on both sides. Cut the pretzel rolls in half. Place some arugula on the lower halves and add 1 tbsp sandwich cream to each. Distribute the chorizo slices and onions on top, place the roll tops back on, and serve.
