Ingredients
- 1 large red onion
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tomato
- 6 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tsp Curry Powder
- 0.5 tsp tomato paste
- a pinch chili flakes
- 500 g pork minced meat
- 2 tbsp coarse mustard
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)
- 4 slices processed cheese
- 4 buns (e.g., whole wheat buns)
- coriander leaves for garnish

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Sauté in 1-2 tbsp oil until golden, then reduce heat and cook for about 5 minutes until softened. Season with a little salt and remove from pan.

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, peel, and slice into strips. Drizzle with lime juice. Wash the tomato, cut off stem and seeds, and dice small. Mix mayonnaise with curry powder and tomato paste, then season with chili flakes.
