- 1 handful coriander leaves
- 600 g ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Avocado
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
- arugula (for garnish)
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the coriander, shake dry and finely chop the leaves. Mix the ground beef with egg, coriander, and mustard; season with salt and pepper.

Wash the tomatoes and slice them. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into thin strips.

Heat a non‑stove grill pan without fat. Shape 4 patties from the meat mixture and cook in the pan for 5–6 minutes on each side. After flipping, top with cheese.

Halve the buns horizontally and spread mayonnaise on the bottom halves. Assemble the burgers with avocado, tomato, patty, and onion. Garnish with basil and arugula. Arrange the top bun halves decoratively. Serve with potato wedges.
