Ingredients
- 1 whole grain roll
- 40 g Low-fat quark (2 tbsp)
- 15 g Hazelnuts (1 tbsp)
- 20 g Dark chocolate
- 1 small Banana

Cut the roll crosswise and spread the halves with quark. Chop the nuts and chocolate and sprinkle over them.

Peel the banana and slice the flesh. Place the banana slices on the bottom half of the roll. Fold the roll together and take it with you in a lunchbox.
