Ingredients
- 200 ml Milk (3.5% fat)
- 20 g rice flakes (3 tbsp)
- 50 g ripe bananas (0.5 small banana)
Instructions

In a small pot whisk 100 ml of milk and the flakes together. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring constantly, then simmer for 1–2 minutes.

Remove the pot from heat and add the remaining milk.

Peel the banana, cut into pieces, place on a plate and mash with a fork. Stir the mashed banana into the porridge. Feed the banana rice porridge warm.
