Ingredients

  • 20 g millet flakes (2 Tbsp)
  • 50 g ripe bananas (0.5 small banana)
  • 50 g mixed berries (3 tbsp)
  • 1 tsp Rapeseed oil

Instructions

    Stir millet flakes with 125 ml water in a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for about 3 minutes while stirring, then remove from heat.

    Peel the banana and cut into pieces.

    Wash the berries, pat dry, and discard stems. Split larger berries if needed.

    Add banana pieces and berries to the millet and mash everything with a fork. For an extra smooth texture, briefly blend with an immersion blender. Finally stir in the oil. Serve the porridge warm.
