Baked Potatoes with Chives and Sour Cream

- 4 large oven potatoes
- 30 g liquid butter
- Salt
- 30 g chives
- 2 fresh cocktail cucumbers
- 300 g sour cream
- 100 g crème fraîche

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Prepare four pieces of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap the potatoes. Brush the foil with butter, sprinkle with salt, and wrap each potato in it. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour until they can be easily pierced. If you prefer grilling, place the foil-wrapped potatoes around the embers of a wood charcoal grill and cook there for roughly the same time, turning them occasionally.

Meanwhile, wash and dry the chives, then cut into small rolls. Slice the cucumbers into rounds. Mix sour cream and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper. To serve, open the foil, slice the potatoes, gently press apart, and spread the sour cream mixture over them. Sprinkle with chives and garnish with cocktail cucumber slices.
