Ingredients
- 200 g pitted black olives
- 15 g anchovy fillet
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 25 g capers
- 100 ml olive oil
- ground pepper
- 250 g small baguette (1 small baguette)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions

Coarsely chop the olives and anchovies. Add mustard and capers, then finely puree everything with the hand mixer paddle.

Gradually whisk in the olive oil until a homogeneous paste forms. Season generously with ground pepper.

Slice the baguette and spread the tapenade on each slice. Serve garnished with mint leaves.
