Ingredients
- 1 large ripe cooking banana
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp hot curry powder
- a pinch salt
- olive oil
Instructions

Peel the banana and cut into about 1 cm thick slices. Mix lemon juice with curry powder and salt.

Heat a lightly oiled pan, carefully fry the slices on both sides until golden brown. Toss with the lemon-curry mixture and serve warm.
