- 2 baguettes (≈20 cm long)
- 1 air-dried sausage (≈10 cm long piece)
- ketchup
- 2 lettuce leaves

Open the baguette halves without cutting all the way through. Slice the sausage into rounds. Layer the lettuce on the baguette halves, add the sausage slices, and drizzle a little ketchup over them.
