Ingredients

  • 2 Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • caviar (to taste)
  • Sea salt

Instructions

    Wash potatoes thoroughly, brush if necessary, and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes.

    Remove from oven, cut off the top end, and place on a plate with a bed of sea salt.

    Stir sour cream with chives and serve alongside the caviar-topped potatoes.
