Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 white onion
  • 2 glasses sardine fillets (250 g, salted)
  • pepper (ground)
  • 300 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
  • butter

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Peel the sweet potatoes and potatoes and cut into long sticks.

    Rinse the anchovies with cold water, drain and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the onion.

    Grease a baking sheet with butter. Distribute the potato sticks, anchovies, and onion on it. Season with pepper, then drizzle the cream over them.

    Mix breadcrumbs and cinnamon powder and sprinkle over the top. Scatter butter flakes on top and bake in the hot oven (fan 160°C) for about 1 hour.
