Ingredients

  • 4 pears
  • 8 tbsp lingonberries
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
  • 150 g Gruyère cheese
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions

    Halve and pit the pears. Heat the lingonberries in hot butter with sugar. Add Grand Marnier and simmer gently for 3 minutes.

    Fill the pear halves with the lingonberry mixture. Mix crème fraîche with grated cheese, spread over the berries, and bake at 180 °C for 10 minutes until golden.
