Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 1 Vanilla bean
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 250 g plain yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar (or 1 tsp sugar with 2 drops vanilla extract)
- 4 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions

Peel and quarter the apples, remove cores. Cover with lemon juice, 1 tbsp sugar, and split vanilla bean; bring to a boil. Set aside and let simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, caramelize oats with 1 tbsp sugar and butter over medium heat. Remove from fire and allow to cool slightly.

Whisk yogurt with vanilla sugar until smooth.

Fill glasses with apples and top with vanilla yogurt. Sprinkle with caramelized oat flakes before serving.
