Ingredients
- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 6 cookies (e.g., oat crumb biscuits)
- 3 tbsp chopped almonds
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- honey (to taste)
- 1 tbsp butter (in small cubes)
- 100 ml whipping cream
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 100 g quark (20% fat)

Preheat the oven to grill mode. Grease a baking dish or muffin tin.

Halve the peaches, pit them, and cut a shallow notch on the round side; place them in the dish cut-side up.

For the filling, crumble the cookies. Mix with almonds, cinnamon, and enough honey to form a thick paste. Spread the mixture over the peaches, top each with a butter cube, and grill at medium heat for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Combine powdered sugar with quark, then fold in the whipped cream.
