Ingredients

  • 350 g fresh button mushrooms
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 5 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 l sunflower oil

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and leave them whole. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

    Coat the mushrooms in flour, then dip them in the egg mixture, and roll them in parmesan.

    Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot. Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
