Ingredients
- 2 Handfuls Basil
- 2 fresh garlic cloves
- 200 g feta
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- coriander (ground)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Rinse the basil, shake dry, pick off leaves and finely chop. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Crumble the feta with a fork, then stir in yogurt, basil, garlic, and lemon juice; season with coriander, salt, and pepper.

Fill as desired into glasses and serve with rye bread.
