Feta with Arugula and Olives

Ingredients

  • 300 g sheep cheese (feta)
  • sage
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • black olives
  • green olives
  • pickled red chili peppers
  • Crushed chili pepper
  • sesame seeds
  • olive oil
  • juice of one lemon
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
  • 4 garlic cloves (peeled and sliced thinly)

Instructions

    Wash and dry the arugula. Slice the feta into thick pieces, brush with olive oil, season with pepper, and grill under the oven broiler on both sides until golden yellow.

    Mix 5 tbsp olive oil with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss the arugula with black olives, green olives, and chili peppers as desired, then divide onto four plates. Arrange the feta on top and drizzle with the salad dressing. Sprinkle the feta with garlic slices, fresh sage leaves, chili, and sesame seeds.
