  • 2 fat‑reduced muffins (pre‑made or freshly baked)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 120 g sugar
  • 4 scoops low‑calorie ice cream

Instructions

    Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form, gradually adding the sugar until stiff meringue is achieved.
