- 2 fat‑reduced muffins (pre‑made or freshly baked)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 pinch salt
- 120 g sugar
- 4 scoops low‑calorie ice cream

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form, gradually adding the sugar until stiff meringue is achieved.
