Shrimp Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 100 g peeled cooked shrimp
  • 125 g soft butter
  • 0.5 untreated lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash the parsley, shake dry, finely chop leaves. Finely chop the shrimp as well. Mix both with the soft butter using a fork.

    Rinse half a lemon hot, grate the zest, squeeze out juice. Season the shrimp butter with some zest, a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper, then refrigerate until serving.
