Baked Ice Cream with Marshmallows

Ingredients
- 250 g vanilla ice cream
- 20 Smore Cookies (English syrup cookies)
- 1 packet marshmallows
- 100 g pecan nuts
- 150 g whipping cream
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 20 ml cocoa liqueur
Instructions

Dice the dark chocolate and melt it in the whipping cream. Add the cocoa liqueur and let the sauce cool.

Let the ice cream soften slightly. Line a baking dish with cookies and spread the softened ice cream on top. Place the dish in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Remove, place remaining cookies vertically along the side of the rim. Sprinkle marshmallows over the ice cream and bake in the oven under high heat (or broiler) 1–2 minutes until golden brown. Roughly chop pecans, sprinkle the dessert with them and serve with chocolate sauce.
