Ingredients
- 80 g oatmeal
- 150 g blueberries
- 200 g Raspberries
- 8 scoops Stracciatella ice cream
- 4 tbsp Honey
Instructions

Toast the oatmeal in a dry skillet until golden, then let it cool. While it cools, wash the berries and pat them dry with paper towels.

Arrange the cooled oatmeal on deep bowls, placing two scoops of ice cream on top of each portion. Arrange the berries around the ice cream and drizzle honey over the whole dish.
