Ice on a Stick with Natural Yogurt and Blood Orange

Ingredients

  • 1 blood orange
  • 200 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 50 g powdered sugar made from raw cane sugar
  • 20 g dried apple rings
  • 1 tbsp roasted peanuts (15 g each)
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds

Instructions

    Peel the blood orange, removing all white pith, and slice into thin rounds.

    Line the ice molds with one beautiful orange slice each. Toss the remaining slices for garnish.

    Whisk yogurt with powdered sugar until smooth. Fill the molds, top with orange wedges pressed lightly into the yogurt, and insert sticks. Chop apple rings and peanuts finely, mix in pumpkin seeds, and sprinkle over the ice. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
