Ingredients
- 400 g marzipan base
- 100 g powdered sugar
- food coloring
- 1 chimney sweep made of marzipan (confectionery)
- 3 marzipan pigs (confectionery)
- 1 pack chocolate horseshoes
- 1 l chocolate ice cream
- 1 l strawberry ice cream
- 2 l vanilla ice cream
- 200 g whipping cream
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
Instructions
-
1.
Knead the marzipan with powdered sugar, color one‑quarter green, roll between two sheets of plastic wrap to a thickness of 3–4 mm and cut out clover leaves or punch them out. Color one‑third of the remaining dough red. From the white dough form many small balls (dots) and stems for the mushrooms.
-
2.
From the red dough shape the caps. Place the caps on the stems, use a toothpick to make small holes in the caps and press the white dots inside. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff and place it in a freezer bag. Cut the ice cream into squares of about 5 cm sides and stack them on a well‑cooled plate to form a pyramid.
-
3.
Cut off a corner of the freezer bag and garnish the pyramid with a little cream, then refreeze! Just before serving decorate with the marzipan figures and horseshoes.
