Ingredients

  • 200 g wine grapes
  • 2 tsp pine nuts
  • 5 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 4 small goat cheeses

    Roast pine nuts in a non-stick pan. Wash grapes, halve them lengthwise and pit them. Heat honey in a small pot, add grapes and steam on low heat for 5 minutes.

    Brush the bottom of four small oven-safe dishes with butter. Place a goat cheese center, then top with grapes, sauce, and pine nuts. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Serve hot from the dish.
