Ingredients
- 4 large bananas
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 40 ml white rum
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 24 thin slices breakfast bacon
- 1 tbsp oil

Stir lemon juice with rum and cayenne pepper. Peel bananas, cut each into 6 pieces, and marinate in the lemon mixture, covered for about 2 hours.

Line a baking sheet with foil and brush with oil.

Spread ketchup on one side of each bacon slice, roll banana pieces inside, place seam-side down on the baking sheet, and brush with remaining ketchup. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C (437°F) for about 15 minutes until bacon is crisp. Arrange baked bananas on a platter and serve with small skewers.
